Tell us a bit more about yourself and your background in kiteboarding

“I started kitesurfing when i was 9 years old, what motivated me in to kitesurfing first was my 3 older Bothers: Ariel Corniel, Kelvin Corniel and Raul Corniel.

Raul Corniel was the first of my family that started kiteboarding and competing, then my brother Ariel Corniel started to compete and was able to get very popular and famous in freestyle and big air kitesurfing and is now traveling all around the world… then the same counts for Kelvin Corniel he was able to compete and travel a lot and now he became a great and much recommended kiteboarding instructor around the world.

Kelvin was the one who has been teaching me how to kite surf, train me and help me with gear etc… I was always borrowing their gear, but now RRD sponsors me, so we can kite all together which makes me very happy and thanks to God that gave me the chance and opportunities to compete around the world now.
