SLINGSHOT GHOST V1
After more than a year of testing around the world, the first product to cover is the all-new GHOST V1. A light weight, ultra-simple, single-strut kite with incredibly nimble handling and steering precision for beginners, experts and foilers alike – which is obvious when you check out the huge size range!
SIZES: 17, 15, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4 and 2.5m
SLINGSHOT RPM V12
One of the most successful competition (and freeride) kites ever made is still evolving. The RPM V12 retains the three-strut frame and wide wing-tip shape, but with 4×4 canopy tech is now stiffer, stronger and even more durable (quite a feat!). Experience accelerated turning speed as well as more lift and hangtime, though ultimately this is a balanced presentation of direct handling with sheet-and-go power delivery. Slingshot state that last year they introduced FlyLine in conjunction with the new Modified Open C shape to usher in a new definition of any-condition and all-performance for the RPM, the most decorated and award-winning kite of all time… and the list is nothing short of impressive:
3 x PKRA WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS
2 x GKA FREESTYLE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS
1 x GKA AIRGAMES CHAMPIONSHIP
4 x KITE PARK LEAGUE CHAMPIONSHIPS
6 x TRIPLE S CHAMPIONSHIPS
SIZES: 14, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6 and 4.5m
TURBINE V10
Hailed as the pinnacle of light wind reliability and session saving dependability. SS have channelled the sizes down to 15m and 17m to focus on its niche. The Turbine’s proven Open Delta C platform continues to deliver amazing power per size, upwind trajectory, and instant relaunch.
BOARDS
The 2020 line also includes three of Slingshot’s all-time best-selling kiteboards: The GLIDE (in a larger 161cm size), the VISION and Carlos Mario’s favourite board, the CRISIS.
