NEWSLETTER SIGN-UPS & FREE DIGITAL MAGAZINE
When you sign-up to receive Kiteworld newsletters through our website or free digital magazine, these will include news, images and videos from the sport’s biggest events and riders as well as interesting and supporting content from our work in putting Kiteworld Magazine together. The magazine can’t always feature all our great content, so often there will be bonus extras in our newsletters!

MAGAZINE PRINT SUBSCRIPTIONS
There are several ways that readers sign up to read Kiteworld Magazine, which is a subscription and retailed magazine available digitally and in print.

– Over the phone
– Online through our website

– Through a third-party retailer like a shop, newstand or kiteboarding school

– Digitally directly through Zinio.com

Whether over the phone or through the website, when you subscribe directly with us we collect and keep your name, address, email address and phone number – and this is managed by our subscription partner, Cross Country International.

An individual account is set up in your name, which can you access any time through the login page at: www.cross-country-int.com/subs/index.php/site/login. There you can see your details and manage your account. The system keeps a count of when you started your subscription and when it has lapsed or re-started.

We retain your name and contact details on file so we can send you the magazine and any letters / emails to inform you of the status of your subscription. For example, when your subscription is ending we will send you an email to let you know this and encouraging you to resubscribe.

We keep a record of payment for seven years as is required under tax law, but we do not keep or store your credit or debit card details. All card payments are managed through PayPal or WorldPay – subscribers who sign up this way are re-directed to these external sites.

We share name and address details with Mail Options (http://www.mailoptions.co.uk/), which is the company that manages the delivery of the print magazine.

We share names and email addresses with Zinio.com, which is the company that manages the distribution of the digital magazine.

We do not and never have sold, traded or given away customer details to third parties, and we never will.

We also produce a kitesurfing video magazine, called The Kite Show. Original chapters shot and edited by the Kiteworld Magazine team, these chapters relate to technique, travel and insights into the sport.

We typically only send newsletters once a month. They only ever contain content related to our wonderful sport and are curated by our in-house team. Of course, they’re all killer, no filler!

Should you wish, you can of course unsubscribe from our newsletters any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our newsletters.
