THE LURE As it's surrounded by lushes waves and sandy beaches that stretch as far as the eye can see, you won't care much for what else Hawaii has to offer, but there's plenty to keep you occupied if you're not on the water, too.

WATER: These are some seriously luxurious conditions, and of course the water is right on par, luring you in to its warm clutches at 26°C/79°F. You won't even need a wetsuit.

ACCOMODATION: You can find all types of accommodation here, from ocean-side apartments, guest houses and hotels to budget bed and breakfasts. For families there are many attractions and tours that take you through the breathtaking and adventurous scenary Hawaii has become renowned for.
GETTING ABOUT: Renting a van is the best way to get around Maui Car hire is also an option. Bike's are perfect for those who want to experience some local adventures off the beaten track.
