Some riders read it to improve their riding. There are technique sections for all levels. Aaron checked out the latest moves just before he headed off to Canada for the latest round of the PKRA... and it must have worked - he won!

On our way back from the PKRA in Germany we couldn't resist checking out Noordwijk in Holland, the home spot of Ruben Lenten, Kevin and Jalou Langeree. We scored 9m weather, sunshine, sandy beaches and whole crew of top riders of all ages. Check the gallery here  Get on yer bike! It's been pumping in Britain since mid August. We get the tail end of all the hurricanes that hit the Caribbean. But it's not long before we start looking at places a little warmer. Here are a few spots with good wind stats in November and December  IT'S HOT AT THE TOP Aaron called it the 'Heat of the Year' and it had to be. For the 1st time he is getting some real pressure on the world tour from Kevin Langeree. Kevin won in Germany, Aaron has just taken Canada so as it stands they each have 4 wins and 2 2nds (allowing for discards) with 2 events remaining. Aaron may just have it on count back, but that's a bit too complicated for me. The PKRA website has Kevin leading but I'm not sure that's correct.  TAKE ME TO THE NEXT LEVEL! It's all about learning new skills... Starting with BEGINNERS: Board starts are essential. You should be knocking them out on your 2nd or third session... Front rolls usually follow backs, but as soon as you're landing jumps, you should be going for rolls. Don't forget to perfect on both tacks:
