Tragic Powerkiting Accident Discussion on Radio 2

Jeremy Vine show on BBC radio 2 discusses kite accidentsA tragic powerkite accident took place in Norfolk at the weekend, prompting a discussion on topical daytime news show hosted by Jeremy Vine on Tuesday 26th July.
Fast forward to about 35 minutes to get to the kiting content. A few kite mare powerkite tales take place before UK BKSA champion Ned Taylor comes on the line to talk a bit of common safety sense on national radio. Nice work Ned. The value of lessons can never be over valued and we must continue to tell all our friends wanting to get into the sport how important they are. Only then is the sport as safe and enjoyable as we more experienced riders know it is.

(Ned is a North team rider and incidentally we found this news on the UK North Kite team's Facebook fan page. Get more of their news here!)
