The successful applicant must be able to work effectively across functions, balance workloads and operate with minimal direction or oversight (self-starter). Intimate knowledge and understanding of the European kiteboarding marketplace is vital. Ability to work creatively and effectively with limited resources. Candidate must be willing to travel and to work a flexible, highly rigorous schedule. Competitive compensation offered commensurate with applicants work background and industry experience.
