Flysurfer (Issue #13 - Jan /Feb '05)
FlysurferThe German manufacturer has decided to roll three kites into one with the new multi-use Extacy. It replaces the Titan but also covers the spot previously taken by their beginner and freestyle/wavekite ranges. The Extacy has more bottom end and goes upwind better than the Voodoos/Spirits, but Flysurfer claim you can still learn on it. It features a completely pulley-less bridle system, a new kiteloop proof centre-line and more blow-out valves. Flysurfer has almost completely eliminated the characteristic backstall, which is great news for unhooked moves.
