Battle of the Bay 2012
Here we go for another EXCITING edition of the PureMagic Battle for the Bay, 26th and 27th of May on Dollymount beach, Dublin.The idea of the event is pretty simple:
This is THE Big celebration of the watersports (kitesurfing/ SUP) with the whole community. Sharing our passion and offering a great show to the public.
The competition is part of the Irish kitesurfing tour and ISA tour, and as usual will welcome National AND international top riders!!
On the kitesurfing side there will be races and freestyle heats with the unique format towards the PRESTIGIOUS TITLE OF QUEEN AND KING OF THE BAY.
On the SUP side there will be crazy races, marathon and ferry wave expression, and the DUBLIN BAY CLASSIC in Partnership with IRISHSUP.
The Battle for the Bay is also a fantastic weekend to promote the brands. (demos, exhibition etc). The beach is pimped as much as possible with the Puremagic colours and partners!! (flags/banners/stand etc) It is all about SHARING OUR LOVE!!!
Schedule is very busy as usual between day time heats/beach festival and the usual Magic party on the Saturday Night! Be ready for a Party weekend!!
