|The Cult is a user-friendly, all-terrain kite that Naish boast is ideal for the majority of the world's riders. The focus on the '09 models has been on improving the speed on larger sizes, extending the low end and further improving the ease of relaunch by making the lines hang to the inside of the wing-tip, reducing the risk of lines getting wrapped around the wing-tip. To achieve all this the bridles were re-engineered, low drag wing-tips have been developed and Naish have also come up with what they call 'Direct Response Steering' technology ? the angle-of-attack on the wing-tips has been increased to keep them more actively engaged. Bar inputs force the wing-tip to immediately react, causing more drag on one side and instantly accelerating the flow on the other for a quicker steering response. Smooth, responsive steering, light bar pressure and fantastic depower capabilities will suit the beginner level rider while the easy relaunch will give them the confidence to improve their skills without too much hassle. Advanced rider won't outgrow the balanced feel, hooked-in or unhooked.
SIZES: 15, 13.5, 12, 10.5, 9, 7.5, 6, 4.5 and 3m
The Cult is also available in a 'Sport' version, aimed at new riders requiring an easy-performing kite to learn and progress. It has the same canopy shape and performance as the Cult, but comes with added reinforcements and no Octopus inflation system for simplicity and durability.
