The Luis is a ram air kite specifically developed for use in the snow, but can also work well on grass, asphalt or whatever you'd like to throw at it. With a higher aspect-ratio than Semi Freddo II, the Luis is a very fast flying kite filled with good upwind performance, low end power, high depower, high jumps with huge hang-time.
New, very light and high-quality rip-stop cloth make the Luis very durable but also gives it a very small packing volume for when you're freeriding back down hill with it on your back. Safe too; relaunch simply by pulling on one back line, however, a back line bridge can be used for backwards launching or landing on rougher surfaces and is also the safety system that's led by a virtual fifth line through JN's Switchcraft release. The bar itself features an auto-lock for unhooked riding and an easy-to-use clam cleat adjuster. Blue, high-performance flying lines show up nicely in the snow.
