We do not take responsibility for items offered on this site. Transactions are between the party offering the item and the receiving party. The owners of this site and associated members will not be held responsible for loss, misrepresentation or personal injury in any form.

COMPLAINTS

If you have a complaint about an item you have attained from a member please try to negotiate with the member. If you see something listed in the classifieds that you find offensive please contact the administrator.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to appeal to the owners of this site if your classified ad is removed, if you are banned from the site. We will review the situation and take what we feel is the appropriate action. This does not mean that your classified ad or your membership will be reinstated. Our decision is final upon review.

The owners of this site reserve the right to remove any classified ad or ban any member who creates a nuisance of themselves and we reserve the right to do this with no correspondence being entered into.
