The best way to start kitesurfing is to take lessons. There are hundreds of schools world-wide and the most important thing is to pick one that is affiliated to a governing body so you know it has been assessed for safety.

INSTRUCTIONAL DVDS Instructional DVDs are great to compliment your lessons and to help continue your progression when you have got the basics.
